Terms and Conditions of Sale
i and i Media Ltd is pleased to accept orders subject to the Terms and Conditions of sale as stated below. Your use of the Asiana Magazine website (“AsianaMag.com”) and purchase of the products (or services) (“products”) on it means that you agree to these terms and conditions (“terms”). No variation of these Conditions shall be binding unless agreed by an Authorised Representative of i and i Media Ltd. We would advise you to retain a copy of them for your future reference.

In these terms “you” and “your” as appropriate refer to the buyer and “us”, “our” and we refer to the seller, i and i Media Ltd and any other associated company and brand. “Days” refers to working days, being Monday to Friday inclusive excluding bank holidays, unless otherwise stated. “Products” means any Product (including, for the avoidance of doubt software and instalments of the Products or any parts of or for them) sold by i and i Media Ltd to a Customer.

Your satisfaction
i and i Media Ltd are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions, comments or complaints please email us at : info@asianamag.com. We will acknowledge any email within 5 working days (usually much sooner) and work towards a speedy response to your best satisfaction, dealing with your complaint confidentially.

Prices
The price for each product is shown on AsianaMag.com in UK Sterling and includes VAT at 17.5% where appropriate.

Prices do not include charges for delivery. This will be additional depending on the type of delivery chosen.

We always try to make sure that the prices on AsianaMag.com are accurate but occasionally errors or price changes may occur. Should there be any change in pricing of any Products within your Order we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact details that you provided. We will then provide you with the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to contact you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is subsequently cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

We reserve the right at any time to revise prices to account for any increases in costs including the increase or imposition of any duty, tax, levy or exchange rate variation. We will take all reasonable steps to notify you of any relevant revision of prices before processing your order.

Payment
You must pay for your order in full before it is dispatched for delivery.

We accept all major credit and debit cards in partnership with Streamline and ProTX (www.protx.com).

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Availability of Product(s)
Receipt of your order does not guarantee that we can supply the selected Products to you. All the Products are subject to availability and we therefore reserve the right in extreme circumstances: to alter the quantities of products we supply; to supply only part of an order or divide up orders; to alter the availability and duration of, and to terminate at any time, any special offers. We will not deduct any sums from your credit card unless, or to the extent, we are able to deliver the Products to you as ordered.

Delivery
i and i Media Ltd currently only delivers to mainland UK and Worldwide. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. In most cases our orders are dispatched by Royal Mail.

Returns and Refunds Refunds are only provided if good received are faulty. Please contact info@asianamag.com where this happens.

Title of Goods
From the time of delivery to you, the goods are entirely at your risk. Ownership of the goods will transfer to you ONLY when the supplier has received in FULL (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due in respect of the goods and all other sums which are or which become due to the supplier from you on any account. The supplier shall be entitled to recover payment for the goods notwithstanding that ownership of any of the goods has not passed from the supplier.

i and i Media Ltd reserves the right to refuse and cancel an account and / or delivery at any time prior to receipt of payment from the Customer. i and i Media Ltd also reserves the right to cancel an account and / or delivery when it can be reasonably demonstrated by i and i Media Ltd that a credit card payment by the Customer is fraudulent.

Liabilities and Responsibilities
If you are a business customer the Supplier shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of section 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

i and i Media Ltd will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet outages, communications outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.

Interpretation and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions only cover the AsianaMag.com web site. Any other websites which you link to from this website are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for web sites that are not under our control. We are required by law to inform you that sales can only be concluded in English. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and each party agrees irrevocably to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Statutory Rights
All statements, guarantees or warranties in these terms of trading are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately by email or post. Any complaint will be dealt with fairly, effectively and confidentially. These complaints will be dealt with within seven working days. These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer's statutory rights.
